What are your Exchange and Return policies and procedures?

We have an exchange and return guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return the product or products you purchased for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that they are in their original packaging, unwashed, unused, user damaged and the labels have not been removed.

Will I pay the return shipping costs?

The buyer pays the exchange and return shipping costs.

How can I make an exchange or return?

For your exchange and return process, simply log in to your account, copy the number of your relevant order from the “My Orders” tab, Then send us a Email or a whatsapp message for the reson for refund.

Are there any interruptions in return transactions?

No, for your purchases from Zamanisw.store, the purchased amounts of the products you send back will be refunded to you, excluding VAT. If the return invoice is submitted to us after you issue it, the refund, including VAT, will be added to your balance. There is no deduction from the refund amount of the products you purchase.

The Shipping Fee you pay to deliver the products to our customers are not refundable.
